For what age are the toys intended?

I make every effort to ensure that the toys are safe for children from the first days of life. If not, this information will be included in the product description.

Are the toys safe?

Toys are made of products approved for contact with small children, the filling of mascots is antibacterial and anti-allergic, and the eyes in the mascots have special protection from the inside. If you will feel safer, on special request I can sew the meshes with a yarn instead of plastic ones.

Is the yarn used for making toys organic?

The yarn used to make toys is cotton or a mixture of cotton and acrylic. They are not organic. If an organic yarn is used in a product, this information will be included in the product description.

Is it possible to create an individual project?

Can mascots be washed in a washing machine?

We recommend washing by hand or at temperatures below 40°C in a delicate program. It would not hurt to add a pinch of love and good words to the washing. Centrifuge at low speed max 600/min. Do not tumble dry, use bleach, do not dry clean. Dry flat - preferably in the sun and with a light breeze - the mascots then best relax and prepare to play with children 😉.

What is the lead time?

The time needed to ship an order is specified for a given product and it is usually up to 3-4 weeks. In case of individual projects the waiting time varies and depends on the specific order.
